App licensing
Our apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your use of a Business IQ app is governed by the end-user license agreement presented on that app's Marketplace listing at install — by default, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and standard EULA — unless a separate agreement is stated on the listing. Your use of Jira and the Atlassian platform is governed by your agreement with Atlassian.
Website terms of use
This website (businessiq.io) is provided for information about Business IQ and its services and apps. You may use it for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. Please don't misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or scrape it in a way that burdens the service.
Intellectual property
The Business IQ name, content, and app materials are owned by Business IQ or its licensors. Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Forge, and the Atlassian Marketplace are trademarks of Atlassian; we reference them only to describe compatibility and are not endorsed by Atlassian.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. App warranties and support commitments are as described on the relevant Marketplace listing, our Support page, and the applicable EULA.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
